Mr. Milne has been Chief Executive Officer of SPL since 2015. He is a thirty-year veteran of the oil and gas industry and has experience in both the North American and international markets. Prior to joining SPL, Mr. Milne held executive-level leadership roles at GE Oil & Gas, overseeing the integration, management and safety performance for GE Oil & Gas–acquired Wood Group Pressure Control and Lufkin Industries. Throughout his career, Mr. Milne has held multiple senior management, sales, marketing, engineering and operations roles and has a strong track record of profitable growth and bottom line optimization.
Mr. Wild has been Vice President of Allocations and Data Management at SPL since 2015. A seasoned member of the SPL team, Mr. Wild began working for SPL in 1996 and has held other leadership, project manager and business development roles relative to our allocation and data management projects. He is a member of the GPA Midstream Association, Gulf Coast Measurement Society, and the Eagle Ford Measurement Society. Mr. Wild attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
Mr. Rowland has held the Chief Financial Officer role at SPL since 1998. His responsibilities include oversight of all financial and legal matters for the company. Throughout his tenure at SPL, Mr. Rowland has contributed his talents to the human resources and safety departments and on special projects. Before joining SPL, Mr. Rowland was with Viacom Communications/Paramount Stations Group, where he held various positions within the organization. During his career, Mr. Rowland has managed the acquisition and sales of television stations and held the CFO role in an upstart E&P, American Energy. He holds his degree in BBA in Accounting from Wichita State University.
Mr. Landes began his career with SPL in 1995, and in 2012 he became the Executive Vice President of Technical Services. He is responsible for writing and updating standard operating procedures and developing training materials and modules for the technical services team. Bringing more than 30 years of oil and gas experience to the company, Mr. Landes has held multiple leadership roles at the director level for SPL’s technical team and was previously SPL’s Vice President of Western Operations/Technical Director. Mr. Landes also serves on the International School of Hydrocarbon Measurement (ISHM) Committee.
Mr. Credeur has lead SPL’s sales and business development strategy since 2015, bringing more than 25 years of oil and gas industry sales, business development and management experience to the company. Prior to joining the SPL team, Mr. Credeur held a business development role for the shale services division of Intertek. He has also held leadership and sales positions at Inspectorate America Corp. and ALS Group USA Corp. Mr. Credeur has his BS in Geology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Ms. Spurlock has been the Corporate Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Director at SPL since 2015. She is responsible for developing and implementing SPL’s environmental, health and safety policies and procedures at the corporate level, and conducting internal compliance audits that ensure SPL’s operations adhere to internal corporate policy and all applicable EPA, DOT and OSHA regulations. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Spurlock was an HSE Consultant at Rig Safety Solutions and has also held a senior-level EHS Specialist position at Devon Energy. Ms. Spurlock holds an MS in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
Ms. Bowling has been Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) Director at SPL since 2013 and is responsible for establishing the company’s best practices and quality control procedures for laboratory requirements and ongoing field technician training. She began working for SPL in 2008 as an Analyst, transitioning to Corporate QA Officer in 2011 before assuming her current role. She is well versed in ASTM and GPA test methodology and performing internal quality control audits. Prior to joining SPL, Ms. Bowling worked as a Laboratory Analyst for Bayer CropScience. She is an active member of GPA Midstream Association Technical Section B and holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of Houston.
Mr. Hill has been Director of Information Systems at SPL since 1997, bringing nearly three decades of combined information technology and chemical industry experience to the company. In his current role, Mr. Hill is responsible for ensuring optimal operation of laboratory and field measurement computer systems and software. He is certified in Cryptography I (2012), Security+ (2010) and CISSP (2009). Mr. Hill holds Security+ and CISSP certifications in addition to an MBA in Business from the University of Houston and a BS in Chemistry from Guilford College.
